These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and s9999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the s9999 platform accessible at https://s9999.lat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the s9999 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional programmes including the daily login bonus. These Terms are effective from the date of your first registration or use of the platform, whichever is earlier.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies referenced herein.

To access the s9999 platform, you must register an Account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number and creating a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. s9999 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your mobile number and password. s9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify s9999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

s9999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Standard KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. For players using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, the registered wallet ownership may serve as partial identity verification.

All financial transactions on the s9999 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). s9999 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform any currency conversion. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however s9999 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for the purposes of fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player.

s9999 offers various promotional programmes to its registered Players, including a daily login bonus that is credited automatically to eligible Accounts each day the Player logs in after completing an initial deposit. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus Funds are added to a Player's Account balance as a separate credit and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus type is specified in the relevant promotion details available within the Player's Account dashboard. s9999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

s9999 does not permit the creation of Accounts for the sole purpose of claiming bonus offers. Any Player whose Account activity is determined to be bonus-motivated without genuine gaming intent may have their Account suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited. s9999 determines this at its sole discretion using automated and manual account review processes.

s9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Bangladesh players with tools to help them manage their gaming activity. Players may at any time request the following responsible gaming controls by contacting our support team: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.

Once a self-exclusion is applied to an Account, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected. s9999 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that a determined individual will be prevented from circumventing these controls. Players who have self-excluded are responsible for not attempting to re-register or otherwise access the platform during their exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s9999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

s9999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, s9999 reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with that conduct, recover any funds paid out as winnings in connection with that conduct, and take legal action where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

All content available on the s9999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of s9999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of s9999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s9999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the express prior written consent of s9999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the s9999 platform or any content thereon.

s9999's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

s9999 collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. s9999 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect Player data transmitted to and from the platform.

s9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, s9999 will endeavour to notify registered Players by means of a notice posted on the platform or by email to the address associated with the Player's Account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the s9999 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance before closing your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a Player and s9999 that cannot be resolved through our standard support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. s9999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
